Tender Description
The City of Cockburn (The Principal) is seeking a suitably qualified and experienced Contractor to conduct Verge Mowing Services along Priority One, Priority Two and Rural and Industrial Roadsides.
The Contract may be awarded to a sole / multiple Tenderer(s) who best demonstrate the ability to provide Services required at a competitive advantage to the Principal for each of the three (3) verge mowing categories:
i. Category A - Priority One
ii. Category B - Priority Two
iii. Category C - Rural and Industrial Roadsides
The Contractor shall submit pricing for each verge mowing category they intend to tender for.
The Contractor: under the proposed Contract, will be required to provide all labour, plant, tools and equipment, materials, transportation/cartage, administrative costs, travelling expenses and anything else necessary for the completion of the service.
The proposed Contract shall be in place for a period of three (3) years from the date of award; with Principal instigated options to extend the period for a subsequent one (1) year period and up to an additional twelve (12) months after that, to a maximum of five (5) years.
The Contract is expected to be awarded in August 2026.
The successful Contractor(s) must be available to commence works by 1 September 2026.
