Disposal of Property - Redundant Mining Equipment

⁠⁠⁠Expressions of Interest are invited for the purchase, removal and disposal/salvage of redundant mining equipment items located at the Newman Visitor Centre.

Respondents shall provide a lump sum offer for the purchase of the equipment, and shall be responsible for all costs associated with dismantling (if required), lifting, loading, transport, freight, permits, disposal and/or salvage of the equipment.

Respondents can submit an Offer for one item only or alternatively for both items.

The equipment proposed for disposal includes:

• Item 1 – Drill Rig.
• Item 2 – Small Haulpak Truck.

The drill rig and Haulpak truck are aged and redundant mining equipment items that have been displayed in an outdoor museum environment under Pilbara conditions for several decades. These items are non-operational and as a result of prolonged exposure to extreme heat, dust, weather and general deterioration, are being offered for sale on an as is, where is basis, with no warranty as to condition, operability or completeness.
