1. Security Measures
- Implement security measures, such as surveillance systems and dog patrols to safeguard the transmission line infrastructure from vandalism and theft.
2. Site Surveillance
- Conduct regular patrols of the program site to ensure that all security protocols, identify any potential security risk.
3. Access Control:
- Control access to the program site (e.g., monitoring entry and exits) including monitoring who enters and exits the site and ensuring that all personnel have the proper clearance and credentials.
4. Incident Response
- Action plan for any security incidents on site (e.g., theft, vandalism, safety hazards) and report to relevant authorities.
5. Training
- Provide security training to Program personnel for any Program incidents (that may happen).
6. Security Reports
- Provide regular security reports (e.g., conducted activities, any Program incidents).
7. Equipment Maintenance
- Maintain security equipment on Program site (e.g., camera, alarms).
8. Emergency Preparedness
- Work with Program team to develop emergency plans and procedures in case of a security incident or other emergency.
9. Compliance
- Ensure that the services are compliant with all relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.
