BMS and Chiller Management Upgrade (SAMP26/30)

⁠⁠⁠South Bank Corporation is a Queensland Government statutory corporation that oversees the development, activation and management of the South Bank Corporation Area, as defined in the South Bank Corporation Act 1989 (Qld).

South Bank Corporation is seeking to establish a contract for the design and construction of a new Building Management System (BMS) at the Brisbane Convention and Exhibition Centre (BCEC).

South Bank Corporation has defined the works to be carried out in the Scope of Works as well as project specifications issued by our technical advisors.

The intent is to contract using the South Bank Corporation Design and Construct contract conditions.
