Introduction
Council is seeking a suitably qualified and experienced contractor to carry out water play maintenance services at Council-owned water play facilities, in accordance with the Specifications and requirements of the Conditions of Contract.
Scope
The Contractor shall provide all labour, equipment, materials, and supervision necessary to perform the Services in accordance with clause 5 (Detailed Specification). Prices shall remain fixed for a period of twelve (12) months from the Commencement Date of the Contract and must not be varied during each applicable 12-month period.
Any Application for any price variation must be submitted to Camden Council within three (3) months prior to the expiry of each 12-month period, and must be supported by appropriate evidence of relevant Consumer Price Index (CPI) movements and/or applicable industrial award rate increases.
If no valid application for variation is submitted within this timeframe, the applicable rates will remain fixed until the next review period. The same process applies to any variation sought as a result of award rate changes.
