Preferred Supplier Arrangement Printing & Distribution of Water, Rates and Dog Notices

⁠⁠⁠Rockhampton Regional Council (Council) invites written tender submissions for the Printing and Distribution (via Post and Electronic means) of Water, Rates & Dog Notices on behalf of Council. The provision of an online portal is also to be available for Rockhampton Regional Council ratepayers and dog owners to register (and unregister) to receive Notices and Registration Renewals via email instead of post.

The following is an indicative guide to the time periods that printing is required and estimated quantities;

• Water - Printed on a rolling fortnightly basis - Estimated Quantity: 4,000 to 8,000
• Rates - Printed in July/August and January/February - Estimated Quantity: 40,000
• Dog Registration - Printed in July - Estimated Quantity: 15,000 to 17,500
