This Tender is invited by the Issuer.

⁠⁠⁠The Office the Fair Work Ombudsman (FWO or the Buyer) will not respond to requests for additional sellers to be added to this RFQ.

The Office the Fair Work Ombudsman (FWO) has the purpose to promote harmonious, productive, cooperative and compliant workplace relations in Australia. The FWO has a responsibility as set out by the Fair Work Act 2009 to:

• provide education, assistance, advice and guidance to employers, employees, outworkers, outworker entities and organisations;

• promote and monitor compliance with workplace laws;

• inquire into and investigate breaches of the Fair Work Act;

• take appropriate enforcement action; and

• perform our statutory functions efficiently, effectively, economically and ethically.

The FWO requires the services of 2 suitably qualified Cybersecurity Analysts to support the ongoing delivery of Cybersecurity services for the agency as prescribed by the PSPF and ISM. This important role within the FWO Technology Branch - Cybersecurity team will provide specialist guidance to the agency on technical security matters including the assessment of risk within the cybersecurity practice. This role has been developed and matured over recent years with excellent support structures in place.

This role is in Brisbane or Canberra, developing the ongoing capability of the FWO Cybersecurity team and will take over from previous specialist/s who have developed excellent procedures, policies and practices to enhance the capability.

This will be based on a time and materials contract of 12 months with up to 2 x 12-month extension options.

The FWO may select one or two Sellers to enter into arrangements for these roles.
