The Wests Group invites submissions from qualified digital agencies for the design, development and ongoing optimisation of a centralised conferences and events digital platform.
This platform will act as a unified digital front door for the Group’s conferencing, events, and accommodation offering, designed to drive demand, maximise conversion, and enable a scalable commercial model across multiple venues.
Brand identity and visual direction will be provided by The Wests Group. The scope of this tender is focused on the strategic UX, design application, development, integration, and performance optimisation of the platform.
SEO, GEO and paid media activity and investment recommendations to support the events website platform are also part of the scope of this RFP.
