Commonwealth Psychosocial Support Program - Lot 1 Far West NSW

⁠⁠⁠The Commonwealth Psychosocial Support program is a non-clinical, recovery-oriented service for adults with severe mental health challenges who require practical support to remain safe, stable, and functioning in the community, and who are not appropriately supported through the NDIS or similar state and territory program.

Western Health Alliance Limited (WHAL) trading as Western NSW Primary Health Network (WNSW PHN) has developed this Request for Proposal as a part of the commissioning process to select and engage an Organisation to deliver commonwealth psychosocial support program. WNSW PHN is seeking organisation with appropriate skills and experience to implement the elements of model for people aged 16 years and over living with severe, often episodic mental health challenges and associated functional impairment across Western NSW.

The service is to be delivered in line with the Commonwealth Psychosocial Support Program Guidance (June 2025).
