Tender Description

⁠⁠⁠City of Victor Harbor is requesting tenders from prospective contractors to provide the Supply, Delivery and Maintenance of Multifunctional Devises for Councils Civic Centre and remote sights.

The Tenderer shall provide the Goods in accordance with the Specifications contained within Section D.

 Background

1.  City of Victor Harbor ABN 87 414 752 632 of PO Box 11 or 1 Bay Road, Victor Harbor, SA, 5211 (the Council) invites tenders from Tenderers for the Supply, Delivery and Maintenance of Multifunction Devices (the Goods). The Council will enter into a Contract for the Purchase of Goods with the successful Tenderer.

2. The Principal is seeking proposals for lease or purchase of the new fleet of multi-function devices (MFDs) A full listing of MFDs and location are contained in the “Return Schedule Pricing”

.2.1. The proposed term of the agreement is 3 years, with an option to extend for a further 1 + 1 years

.2.2. Vendors’ Quote must address the following specifications as a minimum, addressing all criteria. All of which will be used to evaluate the quotes

2.3. Paytec provides the Monitor SupervisorNet follow you printing and copy control for Both Council and Public Library systems. The system currently uses the embedded Monitor solution on the MFDs. Tenderers will need to work alongside Paytec and City of Victor Harbor Business System team in the installation and integration of the new machines

A briefing session will be held at 1 Bay Road, PO Box 11, Victor Harbor, South Australia, Australia, 5211 on 10:00 am 14 May 2026.

Notes: Please meet in the foyer at the Civic Centre. There will be travel involved to visit Councils various locations.

A site visit is a pre-requisite to submission and consideration of a bid.

Attendance at the briefing is a pre-requisite to submission and consideration of a bid.
