The MDBA is progressing a multi‑year Corporate Systems Roadmap to improve how corporate services are delivered, accessed and managed across the organisation.
A near‑term priority is strengthening Enterprise Service Management (ESM) foundations to support a clearer, more consistent ‘front door’ for corporate services, initially spanning ICT, HR and selected business services. This work supports improved service clarity, workflow consistency, service accountability and performance visibility.
The organisation has an internal team leading this work and is seeking short‑term specialist support to provide targeted expertise, practical artefacts and hands‑on guidance to help accelerate delivery and uplift capability.
