Tender Description
Paradise Alliance is undertaking an Expression of Interest (EOI) to identify suitably capable, qualified local, regional and national businesses who have the ability to provide Traffic Management Services for the Paradise Dam Improvement Project.
Paradise Alliance has selected specific EOI categories for businesses to ensure the best chance of assessing the marketplace, and recognising where local and regional business can assist into the project.
This EOI is for all suppliers who have an Australian Business Number (ABN), and are suitably capable for the following items (below):
1. Traffic Management Plans(TMP) and Traffic Guidance Systems(TGS)
• Development and approval of TMPs and TGSs
• Coordinating with relevant local authorities and emergency services
2. Planning and controlling movement of persons and goods
3. Supply and installation of traffic signage, temporary traffic signals and warning devices
4. Traffic Controllers
• Deploy trained traffic controllers
• Coordinate traffic flow and ensure safe passage for workers, public and vehicles
• Implement effective communication protocols for controllers
5. Monitoring and Evaluation
• Regularly assess and adjust traffic safety measures based on changing conditions.
• Conduct frequent site inspections and audits of traffic controls.
• Maintain records of incidents, near-misses, and improvements
This EOI is being undertaken by Sunwater in collaboration with Paradise Alliance. Paradise Alliance are the procuring entity for the Paradise Dam Improvement Project.
All suppliers will be required to meet Paradise Alliance Prequalification standards and also be required to register on the Paradise Alliance procurement system Felix
