Tender Description
Paradise Alliance is undertaking an Expression of Interest (EOI) to identify suitably capable, qualified local, regional and national businesses who have the ability to provide Security Services to the project whilst under construction for the Paradise Dam Improvement Project.
Paradise Alliance has selected specific EOI categories for businesses to ensure the best chance of assessing the marketplace, and recognising where local and regional business can assist into the project.
This EOI is for all suppliers who have an Australian Business Number (ABN), and are suitably capable for the following items (below):
1. Security Measures
- Implement security measures, such as surveillance systems and access controls, to safeguard the dam infrastructure from vandalism and theft.
2. Site Surveillance
- Conduct regular patrols of the project site to ensure that all security protocols, identify any potential security risks.
3. Access Control
4. Incident Response
- Action plan for any security incidents on site (e.g., theft, vandalism, safety hazards) and report to relevant authorities
5. Training
- Provide security training to project personnel for any project incidents (that may happen).
6. Security Reports
- Provide regular security reports (e.g., conducted activities, any project incidents).
7. Equipment Maintenance
- Maintain security equipment on project site (e.g., camera, alarms).
8. Emergency Preparedness
- Work with project team to develop emergency plans and procedures in case of a security incident or other emergency.
9. Compliance
- Ensure that the project is in compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards regarding security.
This EOI is being undertaken by Sunwater in collaboration with Paradise Alliance. Paradise Alliance are the procuring entity for the Paradise Dam Improvement Project.
All suppliers will be required to meet Paradise Alliance Prequalification standards and also be required to register on the Paradise Alliance procurement system Felix
