Tender Description
VenuesWest is seeking submissions from leading Solution providers with capabilities in one or more of the following procurement solutions. The solutions will enable end-to-end contract control with enterprise-grade governance, compliance, and risk management embedded by design:
- Intake Orchestration (Category A)
- Contract Lifecyle Management (CLM, Category B)
VenuesWest reserves the right to enter into:
- A Contract with one Respondent for a Solution that covers both of the above.
- Separate Contracts with two separate Respondents for the above Solutions individually.
The Contractor(s) will meet VenuesWest specific Solution requirements, as well as possess expertise and dedicated resources necessary to deliver the full project lifecycle. This includes Solution development, Application Programming Interfaces (API) integration, data migration, testing, training and operationalisation, and post-implementation hypercare support.
