Albury City Council invites suitably qualified consultancies to submit an offer for the Recommissioning a Sludge Stabilisation Lagoon at Albury City Council Kremur Street, Waste Water Treatment Plant, for Council upon the conditions detailed in the RFQ.
Scope:
Stage 1 – High Level Bench Top Feasibility Assessment, including review of available data, high level loading and capacity assessment, feasibility screening and preparation of Stage 1 Feasibility Assessment Memorandum.
Stage 2 – Concept‑Level Design and Process Development, including design basis confirmation, options assessment, sludge distribution and supernatant management concepts, dewatering and biosolids and handling assessment.
Preparation of concept‑level drawings, design calculations, indicative capital cost estimates, and delivery program.
Workshops, meetings, and stakeholder engagement associated with Stage 2 Services
