Event Management Services - Register of Pre-Qualified Suppliers

⁠⁠⁠Mount Isa City Council (the Principal) invites tenders for appointment as a Pre-Qualified Supplier of Event Management Services (Contract Number: 2025-56) in the categories identified in the "Categories" tab.

Tenders must be submitted by no later than 2pm on Tuesday, 9 June 2026 (unless otherwise extended by the Principal). Note: Adequate time must be allowed for the Tender and all supporting documents to be uploaded or received by this time.

This tender process is governed by the attached Procurement Process Conditions. The Principal reserves the right to invite all tenderers to change their tenders to take account of a change in the tender specification.

The evaluation criteria for this tender are:

• Technical capability
• Financial capability
• Managerial capability

The initial term of the appointment is one (1) year with 2 x 12-month extension options. The contract shall comprise the documents identified in clause 2 of the Principal’s attached Standard Terms and Conditions.
