Lightning Park Sewer Connection

⁠⁠⁠The City of Bayswater (“the Principal”) is a WA local government located approximately eight kilometres north-east of the Perth CBD. It includes the suburbs of Bayswater, Bedford, Embleton, Morley, Noranda, Maylands and parts of Mount Lawley and Dianella.

The Principal is seeking submissions from suitably qualified and experienced plumbing and civil contractors to undertake the supply, installation, and commissioning of water and sewer infrastructure at Lightning Park, located at 30 Della Road in Noranda (“the Works”)
