Expression of Interest for Shared Use Licence at Jetty Flat Pavilion

⁠⁠⁠Warrnambool City Council seeks proposals from Community Groups, Clubs, Associations and Sporting bodies for weekday daytime use of the building located at Jetty Flat, Lake Pertobe. The building currently has two (2) recreational clubs using the site outside of business hours, and Council is inviting submissions from community groups interested in occupying the building under a shared use licence agreement Monday to Friday between the hours of 8am to 3pm.

This EOI process aims to identify suitable Community Groups that can:

•  Make effective daytime use of the building for community purposes.
•  Contribute to the improvement and ongoing maintenance of the building.
•  Deliver community benefit through their activities and presence at Lake Pertobe.
