Expression of Interest – Event Catering Mt Marshall Gravel Grind

⁠⁠⁠The Shire of Mt Marshall is seeking Expressions of Interest from experienced and capable catering providers to deliver catering services for the inaugural Mt Marshall Gravel Grind, scheduled for July 2026. 

The event will attract gravel cyclists, trail runners, spectators, volunteers and support staff from across the Wheatbelt and beyond. High‐quality catering is essential to creating a welcoming, energetic and memorable event experience. Estimated Attendance for the event is up to 350 people.

This EOI offers two participation categories:

• Category 1 – Full‐Service Event Catering (Primary Contract)
• Category 2 – Community Group Sunday Morning Breakfast (Separate Opportunity)

Applicants may apply for one or both streams.
