Public Notice - Request for Expression of Interest: Lease or Purchase Opportunity

⁠⁠⁠The Shire of Denmark invites Expressions of Interest for the lease and/or purchase of the usable northern portion of Lot 500 on Deposited Plan 54271, generally known as No. 5 Research Station Avenue, Denmark.

Proposals should demonstrate clear community benefit and/or strategic outcomes for Denmark and be financially and operationally viable.

Tenure options may include:

• Community or Commercial lease
• Freehold disposal (sale)
