Tender Description
Tenders are invited from appropriately qualified and experienced contractors to undertake remedial works to an existing roof canopy and awning structure, greenwall facades and miscellaneous works at the Hume Street Park Stage One link section, at 90-92 Willoughby Road in Crows Nest. Works under this contract include rectification of incorrect fall on a cantilevered street awning, fabrication and installation of a missing steel bridging member, checking and tightening of splice joints, rectification of drainage to greenwall facades, and associated minor repair works. A single contractor / builder to undertake the works is required. Tenders from separate individual trades will not be accepted.

A pre-tender meeting will be held in the Hume Street Park Link 90-92 Willoughby Road Crows Nest on Thursday 7 May 2026 at 2pm. Tenderers are required to visit the site prior to submitting tenders. Failure by the Tenderer to do so may lead to rejection of the Tender.
The Date and Closing time for Tenders is Thursday 21 May 2026 at 3 pm sharp. Tenders are to be submitted in accordance with the Conditions of Tendering, either using the Electronic Tender Box via the e-tendering portal link above or lodged as hard-copy in a sealed envelope clearly marked with the contract name and number and placed into Council's Tender Box, ground floor of the Council Chambers building at the address below.
All enquiries are to be lodged via the online forum on the e-tendering portal. The forum for this tender will close at 4pm on Monday 18 May.
Council reserves the right not to accept any or all tenders received.
