Expression of Interest for the management and operation of the Logan Metro Sports and Events Centre

⁠⁠⁠Logan City Council (Council) invites Expressions of Interest (EOI) from interested Respondents for the provision of the management and operation of Logan Metro Sports and Events Centre.

Logan City Council is seeking visionary partners to deliver transformational outcomes for the City of Logan—activating a flagship venue, attracting major events, driving participation at scale and positioning Logan Metro Sports and Events Centre as a destination of regional significance.

Whilst not compulsory, the council welcomes submissions that consider additional development of the venue or surrounding site, including the potential for additional capital investment or infrastructure construction that supports the objectives of the EOI.

ENQUIRIES:

Any questions and responses shall be collated, documented, and distributed to all respondents to ensure equity and fairness to all respondents.

All enquiries in relation to this expression of interest must be submitted via the  Online Forum.

LODGEMENT OF SUBMISSIONS:

Completed responses must be submitted using the response documents via the tendering portal. You are able to reference and attach relevant separate documentation as part of your response to questions to support your submission.

BRIEFING

An online expression of interest briefing session will be held for prospective respondents via MS Teams.

Attendance at the online tender briefing session is not mandatory.

SITE VISIT

An on-site visit will be held for prospective respondents at Logan Metro Sports and Events Centre at 357 Browns Plains Rd, Crestmead QLD 4132.

Attendance at the site visit is not mandatory but highly encouraged.

CLOSING DATE AND TIME:

The EOI can only be submitted electronically through the tendering portal and prior to the Closing Date. At any time prior to the Closing Date, Council may issue additional or different information to respondents, which shall be taken into account in preparation of the response.
