1 Lead ERP Specialist Change and Business Transformation Manager

⁠⁠⁠The ERP Change, Delivery and Corporate Governance Specialist / Advisor provides senior level advisory support across change management, delivery assurance, and corporate governance for the Department’s ERP modernisation program.

This role operates across program, portfolio, and enterprise layers to ensure ERP initiatives are governed effectively, delivered in line with departmental priorities, and supported by robust change and adoption practices. The position plays a critical role in connecting strategy, governance, delivery, and people impact across a complex, ERP transformation.

The role provides authoritative advice to the ERP program management team, relevant governance bodies and executives on change delivery confidence, risks, benefits realisation, readiness, and governance effectiveness. It supports the establishment and operation of clear decision making structures, performance reporting, risk management, and assurance mechanisms.

The specialist works closely with ERP program management team, key business leads and representatives across finance, HR, ICT delivery teams, system integrators, and shared service partners to ensure ERP implementation outcomes are sustainable, compliant, and embedded into business as usual operations.

They will also play a key role with development and assurance of key change artefacts and registers, partnering with the relevant communications and engagement representatives to develop key communications and stakeholders plans and strategies and support development and assurance of key Executive/governance body papers, business case, and NPP/Approach to Market artefacts.
