The ERP Senior Business Analyst provides senior level business analysis capability for the Department’s ERP modernisation and associated transformation initiatives.
This role bridges business strategy, operational needs and ERP solution delivery. It is responsible for leading complex requirements analysis, business process design and solution definition to ensure the ERP platform delivers meaningful, compliant and sustainable business outcomes.
The role works closely with business owners, architects, delivery teams and system integrators to ensure requirements are well‑defined, prioritised, traceable and aligned to target‑state architecture and enterprise standards.
