Tender Description

This Tender is invited by the Issuer.

⁠⁠⁠The Service Provider shall provide a 1 x EL1 Software Engineer Senior with specialist skills as a Technical Writer to support the National Criminal Intelligence System (NCIS) Branch in developing high‑quality, accurate, traceable, and sustainable technical documentation. This role will enhance knowledge sharing, operational consistency, and organisational transparency by ensuring documentation is structured, governed, and readily accessible across the NCIS Program and the broader ACIC.

The Technical Writer will act as the central steward for NCIS technical documentation, ensuring alignment with the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and supporting audit and program assurance reviews. The role will also support the collation, preparation and maintenance of documentation required for the long‑term sustainment of the NCIS platform.
