1 Systems Analyst

⁠⁠⁠As a System Analyst, you will bring a proactive and can-do attitude, working as part of a highly motivated and cohesive team to design, develop, and support business solutions using Agile approaches by creating highly specialised technical specifications. You will work as part of a scrum team to deliver solutions and be responsible for populating the product backlog via in-depth investigation and gathering of technical and non-technical information. You will work closely with stakeholders to understand business processes and use this understanding to determine business requirements for systems. You will use a range of analysis techniques to document detailed business requirements and evaluate options for solution. You will facilitate workshops with business stakeholders and the development team to ensure a common understanding of requirements. The System analysis use a range of analysis techniques such as user journeys, use cases, user stories with acceptance criteria, process mapping, process flow diagrams.

As a member of the Agile project team, you will demonstrate a strong understanding of Agile Ways of Working, collaborating effectively under the direction of the EL2/Release Train Engineer/Scrum Master and Team Leader to define requirements and create detailed technical specifications that support innovative business solutions. The System Analyst will work closely with architects, technical development leads, solution design leads, UX design leads, product owners and vendor partners to establish business and technical requirements and drive them through successful and on-time delivery of functionality/optimizations.

Applications team currently operates in DevOps model within Scaled Agile framework (SAFe). In DevOps model Delivery and Operational responsibility are assigned within scrum teams. The System analysis will facilitate discussions between technical and non-technical stakeholders and develop quality documentation (including requirements, epics, features and product backlog items, reports, management plans, procedure documentation, testing plans etc.).
