Tender Description

⁠⁠⁠The Initial term of the contract is from 1 January 2025 to 31 December 2027 with the extension of one year plus one year at the sole discretion of Council.

This Refresher forms part of the existing OPH RoPS contractual arrangement. Successful suppliers will be added to Contract No. TTRC2024-31 and will be bound by the same terms and conditions, expiry date and performance requirements as existing panel members. This refresh does not reset pricing, rates or contract conditions for existing panel members.
