⁠⁠⁠Barcaldine Regional Council invites tenders for the purchase of the following land:

Address: Lots 1, 2, 3, 4 SP263935, Flory Road, Jericho as one tender and Address: Lots 21, 22, 23 and 14 SP263935, Flory Road, Jericho.

Inspections are welcome at any time.

Tenders must be submitted clearly marked “Tender – Land, Jericho”.

The highest, or any tender, will not necessarily be accepted. Late tenders will not be accepted. Tenders close at 12:00 PM on Tuesday, 12 May 2026.

Tenders may be submitted into the “Tenders Box” found at the Alpha Administration Office and Jericho Post Office or by mail addressed to:
