Register of Pre-Qualified Suppliers Plant & Equipment Hire (Wet & Day) Quarterly Update

Diamantina Shire Council is seeking submissions from suitably qualified and experienced suppliers for registration as pre-qualified suppliers for plant and equipment hire (wet and dry).

Scope

• Provision of plant and equipment hire services (wet and dry) as a pre-qualified supplier to Diamantina Shire Council

Instructions to Tenderers

Existing approved contractors are not required to reapply unless they need to update information contained in their original submission, such as adding new machinery or revising pricing.

Contract Terms and Conditions

• Registration period: 12 months, from 1 July 2026 to 30 June 2027
• Option of a 12 month extension at the discretion of Council
