Robelle Domain Cafe 1

⁠⁠⁠Ipswich City Council is seeking to procure a qualified service provider to lease and operate the Council owned facility within the Robelle Domain at Lot 762 SP221160, 155 Southern Cross Circuit, Springfield Central. The Facility includes a fully equipped commercial kitchen and was previously operated as the parklands’ café.

The previous lease was surrendered in June 2019, and the facility has remained vacant since, with limited external use for storage. Council will now approach the market to identify suitable operators capable of activating the site that enhances, enhancing the visitor experience, and supporting the experience and support increased use of the Robelle Domain precinct.
