Provision of Offshore Pre-commissioning Services - Subsea Program

⁠⁠⁠Provide pre-commissioning support services as described below:

• Project management and engineering

• Wet Buckle Contingency support package to comprise of fluid pumping spread & dry air spread. Fluid spread to maintain pigging speed of 0.2m/sec for fluid and 0.12m/sec for air

• Flood, clean and gauge pumping equipment suitable to maintain pig speed of 0.2m/sec for 6” MEG line (35kms) with chemically treated and filtered 90/10 MEG water mix as base case and for contingency application, flooding of 24” Production line (30kms) with chemically treated and filtered seawater then followed by pigging the 24” Production line with same media

• Water winning spread for contingency flooding of 6” MEG and 24” Prod

• Chemical injection system for controlled and accurate system dosing of up to 3 chemicals specified during ITT

• Purchase of nominated chemicals prescribed within ITT or prescribe alternative products c/w validation based on Company Media Treatment Specifications

• Bulk MEG engineering, management and equipment to comply with Client DO content of 20ppb to incorporate sparging with 99.99% nitrogen and dosing with additional oxygen scavenger. Management to commence from Client supply and delivery into Client vessel bulk storage tanks

• Offshore analysis and monitoring by qualified field chemist of all chemical dosing and MEG management to ensure compliance

• Downline deployment system (CTU) capable of maintaining required flowrates at a WD of 1350mtrs with associated rigging, emergency breakaway coupling, overside working platform and High Collapse Resistant flying lead up to Company asset interface tie-in

• Downline of a minimum 3 ½” ID (coiled tubing) c/w 100% contingency and associated engineering to support nomination for use in deep water

• Downline fatigue management support engineering and calculations to assure system is fit for purpose

• Trained and competent personnel with offshore experience and valid certification
