Randwick City Council invites tenders for the Lease and Operation of Snape Park Tennis. It is envisaged that the successful tenderer will be able to demonstrate a background in a successful management of a sporting facility or a commercial facility or venture supported by strong financial and community management skills. Randwick City Council is seeking suitable applicants to manage the tennis facility to service the wider community and attract new participation to the site through quality programming, community and school partnership and casual court usage. The venue includes a club room, pro-shop/kiosk and office which can be used to service limited food and beverages offering to create a positive social environment.
