Gutter Cleaning Service

⁠⁠⁠The City of Mitcham (“Council”) invites tenders for the provision of Gutter Cleaning Services and associated works (the “Services”) at nominated Council-owned buildings.

Gutter Cleaning

The Contractor will be responsible for the cleaning and clearing of all leaf matter, plant matter, dirt, and debris from the following locations at nominated Council-owned buildings:

• Gutters

• Sumps/rain heads at the head of downpipes

• Mesh screens on downpipes and gutters

• Roof valleys and other roof areas where debris accumulates

• In-ground pits at the bottom of or near downpipes

Minor Repairs

The Contractor may (at the Contractor’s option) complete minor roof, gutter, downpipe, and sump repairs up to a maximum value of $500 (excluding GST).
