This package seeks suppliers for provision, configuration, licensing, and support of a project management system to support planning and delivery of Brisbane 2032 Olympic Games operations.
The scope of work may include, however is not limited to:
- Project Planning & Tracking: Tools for scheduling, task assignment, milestone tracking, and resource management across multiple workstreams.
- Collaboration & Communication: Features to support team collaboration, document sharing, and real-time updates across departments and stakeholders.
- Integration Capabilities: Seamless integration with related systems such as finance, procurement, and reporting platforms.
- Licensing & Compliance: Provision of software licences, updates, and adherence to cybersecurity and data governance standards.
Reporting & Dashboards: Customizable dashboards and analytics for progress tracking, risk management, and executive reporting.
