Fuel Control Slashing 2026-29

⁠⁠⁠Each year extensive fuel control slashing is undertaken in the City of Burnside’s Hills Face Zone reserves and on road reserves and along trails for bushfire risk mitigation for residents, assets and conservation values. This work ensures Council is meeting its obligations under the Fire and Emergency Services Act.

Council will appoint up to 5 contractors for this panel contract. Each Contractor can be allocated slashing zones within reserves and road reserves across the City of Burnside.

This is a 3 year contract expiring 30th June 2029 with optional extensions of one (1) plus one (1) year.
