Cooee Lodge Hostel Warm Water System Upgrade

⁠⁠⁠Gilgandra Shire Council is seeking quotations from suitable qualified and experienced contractors for the delivery of a warm water system upgrade for the Cooee Lodge Hostel in Gilgandra which includes but not limited to:

Installation of new system components:

• Gas-fired Hot Water System (HWS)

• UV disinfection unit

• Thermostatic Mixing Valve (TMV)

• Circulating pump

Construction and installation of all supporting infrastructure including:

• Copper gas pipework

• Water service connections

• Concrete slabs and supports

• Frames and protective cage

• Associated fittings and connections

The Lump Sum for which the works will be completed is to be submitted on the Quotation Form provided.

For interested contractors, a pre-quotation meeting with Council staff can be arranged on appointment.

Quotations (excluding GST) must be completed on the Quotation Form supplied and submitted prior to the closing time of 11.00am on Friday, 8 May 2026. Late quotations will not be accepted.
