The Shire is seeking builders for the upgrade of the Derby Civic Centre, a key public facility that supports civic functions, community use, and Council operations. The project is focused on improving the functionality, comfort, and usability of the existing facility, with particular emphasis on enhancing the main public and assembly spaces.
The current building is limited by ageing infrastructure and a lack of adequate climate control, impacting its effectiveness for year-round use in Derby’s climatic conditions.
