Expression of Interest for Food Truck Licence

⁠⁠⁠City of Parramatta Council is inviting Expressions of Interest from suitably qualified operators to provide food and beverage services via a food truck at the Parramatta Community Recycling Centre – 89 Fennell Street, North Parramatta

What Council is looking for

An experienced food truck operator with a proven track record of safe, clean and reliable service

High-quality food and beverage offering suited to a Council site and diverse customers

Strong customer service with a focus on accessibility and positive visitor experience

Ability to operate professionally on-site and comply with all relevant approvals and requirements

Site inspection: Prospective applicants are encouraged to attend a site inspection at the Parramatta Community Recycling Centre. Details, including date, time and registration requirements, are outlined in the EOI documentation(PDF, 2MB).
