Background

The Devonport City Council’s (Council) Building Maintenance Team (BMT) is responsible for the ongoing management of heating, ventilation and air-conditioning (HVAC) Assets installed in Council properties.

The BMT is seeking to renew its expired service agreements in relation to the provision of HVAC asset maintenance. This specification provides details on the required maintenance activities as well as the general performance of services.

The work to be performed comprises the inspection, servicing and reporting on the plant and equipment at nominated premises as documented in the Schedules in this specification. The specific premises and the exact number of items of plant and equipment that comprise this Contract may change from time to time during the Contract Term. The work is to be carried out and reported on in accordance with the service schedules and details contained within the specification.
