Mosman Council invites tenders from suitably qualified contractors for Clifton Gardens Jetty Access Improvement Works. The scope of the work includes but is not limited to, the following. Note the separable works in relation to the Jetty and Baths.
General
- Site establishment, safety arrangement and demobilisation
- Demolition, disposal and site preparation for all type of works
- Pile drive recordings and reports and As-Executed drawings
Jetty Access Improvement Works
- Renewal of turpentine piles and wrap new piles in HDPE
- Renewal of timber decking
- Supply and install new stainless-steel handrail
Bathing Enclosure Improvement Works
- Renewal of turpentine piles and wrap new piles in HDPE
- Renewal of concrete decking
