Construction of the Woodburn Pony and Tennis Clubhouse

⁠⁠⁠This tender has been called to engage a suitably qualified and experienced civil organisation to construct the new Pony and Tennis Clubhouse in Woodburn, as per the attached design plans, bill of quantities and Part 3 - Specification. The clubhouse is located at Woodburn Oval (30 Wagner Street, Woodburn).

The scope of works include but not limited to:

• Planning approvals (e.g. BCA Assessment etc)

• Project and construction documents including but not limited to:

• Construction and Environmental Management Plan
• Work Health and Safety
• Traffic and Pedestrian Management

• Site establishment

• Site preparation including installation of water, gas, electrical and sewer

• Construction of footings

• Construction of clubhouse as per detailed designs including doors, windows and security screens, roof and drainage, painting of eaves, external stairs

• Construction of accessible ramp to clubhouse

• Fit out of clubhouse including:

• Male and female bathroom and changerooms, including showers
• Accessible bathroom
• Lighting
• Kitchen
• Security system
• Painting of internal walls and ceilings

• Connection of services completed including water, sewer, gas, electricity, security and alarms

• Commissioning of hot water and gas services

• Construction of gardens and turf around clubhouse

• Provide Works as Executed documentation to Council on completion of the project
