Newcastle Civic Theatre Ticketing System Solution, Implementation and Support and Maintenance

⁠⁠⁠The purpose of this Request for Tender (RFT) is to invite submissions for the implementation and ongoing support of a white-labelled ticketing system for the Civic Theatre Newcastle (CTN).

Project goals

The purpose of this Request for Tender (RFT) is to invite submissions for the implementation and ongoing support of a white-labelled ticketing system for the Civic Theatre Newcastle (CTN). As a venue for hire, CTN provides ticketing services for both its own events and all hirer events across venues including the Civic Theatre, Playhouse and City Hall. CTN requires a ticketing solution that meets the complex needs of multiple stakeholders and integrates seamlessly with the CTN website, marketing automation platform and other connected systems to support the end‑to‑end customer journey and enable strong operational insights and efficiency.

Persons willing to fulfil the requirements of the proposed contract are invited to submit a tender response to the Council by the deadline, 3:00pm on Tuesday 12th May 2026. Responsibility for lodgement of completed RFT documents by the deadline lies solely with the Supplier. RFT lodgement information is provided in the tender document. Council is not bound to accept the lowest quote or any RFT Tender Schedule submitted. All enquiries relating to this RFT must be directed via BuyNSW Forum.

A pre-tender meeting will not be held.
