Lauderdale Oval Clubroom and Coolroom Upgrades

⁠⁠⁠Clarence City Council invites Quotations from suitably qualified contractors to undertake clubroom renovation and cool room installation works at Lauderdale Oval, located at 10a Dona Road, Lauderdale, Tasmania.

BACKGROUND

This quotation seeks Respondents to supply all labour, materials, plant, and equipment to undertake:

• Clubroom entrance upgrades

• Internal building modifications

• Conversion of an existing storeroom into a commercial cool room; and

• Installation of refrigeration systems and associated services.

The upgrade will improve functionality, accessibility, and amenity of the Lauderdale Oval clubroom facilities.

PRE-QUOTATION SITE MEETING

For clarification of the Works, a pre-quotation site meeting is scheduled for 10.00am on Tuesday 28 April 2026. This meeting will convene at 10a Dona Road, Lauderdale Tasmania 7021 Attendance at this meeting is not mandatory; however, this will be the only opportunity to physically explore the site.
