Tender Description

⁠⁠⁠RTWSA is seeking to appoint an integration partner to deliver the next phase of its Digital Transformation Program.

Scope:

The Program is split into two key phases:

• Horizon 1: Deliver a Salesforce and integration solution aimed at replacing the current unsupported legacy system (Curam). This will require development of Salesforce modules including migration of data from Curam to Salesforce and Snowflake and integration with current systems through MuleSoft

• Horizon 2: decommission Cúram and other downstream systems which are no longer required, and implementation of additional enhancements, including Salesforce module expansion, automations and exploration of AI capabilities.
