Tender Description
The City of Kingston is seeking tenders from suitably qualified contractors to carry out the landscaping construction works package for the Jack Grut Reserve Aquatics Precinct Renewal Project.
Note that a separate civil works package shall be completed ahead of this engagement
Jack Grut Reserve is located at 60-68 Governor Road, Mordialloc, Victoria 3195
The scope of works for this contract include the following:
- All soft landscaping works as per the supplied documentation, including edging and toppings (refer appendices)
- Vegetation Planting, including planted swales and lawn areas.
- Supply and Install park fittings and furnishings, wayfinding signage
- Excluded: Concrete Paving, elevated walkway, bollards, handrails, bulk earthworks, drainage, landings
Tender (RFT) documentation and submit a tender for the above-mentioned contract. Tender submissions must be lodged prior to the nominated tender closing date and time. Late submissions will not be accepted under any circumstances. All tender clarification questions must be submitted no later than four (4) days prior to the tender closing date. All tender-related queries must be submitted via the online forum within the etender portal.
