This Tender is invited by the Issuer.
Treasury is seeking an experienced provider to deliver user research and usability testing services to inform improvements to the Consumer Data Right (CDR) website, cdr.gov.au.
The engagement will involve planning and conducting qualitative user research and usability testing with identified user groups, analysing findings, and providing evidence‑based insights and recommendations to support future website design and content decisions. The work will include user recruitment, research activities, prototype development and testing, and reporting of findings.
The services are expected to be delivered in phases over a short engagement period and must align with Australian Government digital standards, including accessibility requirements.
