This Tender is invited by the Issuer.
The Australian Government, through the Office of the eSafety Commissioner (eSafety), is seeking to procure a suitably qualified supplier via the Digital Marketplace to deliver ongoing managed services for the Be Connected (https://beconnected.esafety.gov.au/) and Frontline Worker’s (https://frontlineworkers.esafety.gov.au/) websites.
Be Connected is a national digital inclusion initiative designed to improve the confidence, digital skills and online safety of older Australians, supported through online learning resources and a network of community organisations.
The Frontline Workers website provides online training for frontline workers, delivering in-depth training to enable them to better help their clients experiencing technology-facilitated abuse.
Both websites are built on the Totara Learn LMS platform and collectively provide access to hundreds of learning modules, courses, and resources for their respective cohorts.
