Expression of Interest - Construction Works at Endeavour Christian College, Cooktown, Queensland,

⁠⁠⁠Expressions of Interest are invited for construction works at Endeavour Christian College, Cooktown, Queensland, comprising the following projects:

Project 1 – Library & GLA Building

Construction of a three-storey Library and GLA Building, including associated landscape works. The building is designed as Type A Construction, incorporating concrete slabs, blockwork walls, and CFC cladding.

Approximate floor area: 638m2 (Building)

676m2 (Undercroft & Verandahs)

Project 2 – Multi-Purpose Hall Conversion

Conversion of an existing ball court into a multi-purpose hall, including a new bay, verandahs, and associated landscape works. The existing portal frame structure, currently with partial Colorbond cladding, will be fully enclosed with CFC and Colorbond cladding, designed as Type C Construction.

Construction is anticipated to commence in June 2026. A shortlist of tenderers will be selected from the submitted EOIs.
