Panel of Pre-Qualified Suppliers - Plant Hire

⁠⁠⁠The Shire of Esperance intends to establish panels of pre-qualified suppliers (Panel) for the 2026/27 financial year for Plant Hire.

The panel will be for the following sub-categories:

• Dozer
• Grader
• Trucks and Trailers
• Loaders
• Scarpers
• Water Tanks and Trailers
• Low Loaders
• Stabiliser Equipment
• Rollers
• Excavators
• Skid Steers
• Crushing Equipment

Interested parties are hereby invited to submit an application to join any or all of the Pre-Qualified Supply Panels in accordance with the following:

Application packages are available by registering your details via the Shire's e-Procurement portal .

Applications MUST be submitted electronically via the Shire's e-Procurement portal before the Deadline. Applications submitted by facsimile, email, post or hand delivery of documents will not be accepted.

Applications do not need to apply for all categories under any panel, applicants are welcome to apply for just one category (e.g. mowing services only). Applicants are also encouraged to apply multiple times for one category, if applicable (e.g. dozer hire, multiple models).
