Tender Description
The Shire of Esperance intends to establish panels of prequalified suppliers (Panel) for the 2026/27 financial year.
The panel will be for a variety of building services for the following subcategories:
- Plumbing, Electrical, Glazing, general Labour/Handyman, Painting, Fire Services, Mechanical/Air-conditioning, Waste Removal and Disposal, Pest Control, General Cleaning, Test and Tag and RCD Inspection Services, Automatic Door Services.
Applications MUST be submitted electronically via the Shire's e-Procurement portal before the Deadline.
Applications submitted by facsimile, email, post or hand delivery of documents will not be accepted.
The Deadline for submitting Applications is 2.00pm AWST, Thursday 14 May 2026.
Applications do not need to apply for all categories under any panel, applicants are welco
me to apply for just one category (e.g. mowing services only). Applicants are also encouraged to apply multiple times for one category, if applicable (e.g. dozer hire, multiple models).
